I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and earned my BA from Seattle University in English/Creative Writing.
I still cry every time I watch Dragon Heart. And I often imagine my stories like movies while walking around listening to my outdated iPod nano–yes, there’s singing and dancing too.
I like reading books that appeal simultaneously to my sense of justice, adventure, romance, the fantastic and the whimsical–this is also what I enjoy writing. I currently live in Kansas City, Missouri.
